Hey Dreamer!

 

My name is Hector Garcia and I specialize in guiding busy individuals like yourself through life’s challenges, stressors, and obstacles.

However, let me tell you, I wasn’t always the person I am today.

I used to be miserable. Everyday felt like an uphill struggle, stuck in a cycle of “what ifs.”

I’d get frustrated because despite dreaming, envisioning, and speaking everything into existence; I couldn’t take the necessary steps to accomplish any of it... Nothing worked.

My workdays felt unproductive, and my relationships were strained.

 

Negative thoughts and limiting beliefs were constant throughout my day. Stress headaches and sluggishness had become my daily companions. I had convinced myself that I was going to remain in this state forever.

It’s fair to say...I hit rock bottom.

 

I needed to change for the sake of my kids and my wife, who looked up to me as a role model. My lack of action was setting a bad example to them.

So... I made one of the best decisions of my life. I made the choice to invest in myself. I knew I needed to change to get myself out of this brutal situation.

I used to be focused on visualizing and planning every detail of my dreams so much that I neglected the crucial step of taking action. It wasn't until I began tracking the tough situations in my life and meticulously defining and refining the skills that enabled me to navigate each of those rough scenarios, that I started making true progress.

Over the years, I worked with coaches, mentors and documented my journey... there was a defining moment.

 

During a conversation with one of my coaches, I learned an strategy. It was a strategy that I had organically been applying my entire life, but only applied it moments of distress. I realized that this strategic approach was tied to the many areas of my life in which I had previously found success in.

With this dialed in realization, I created a daily plan to avoid additional pitfalls.

 

I established a daily routine that incorporated specific habits focused on speed to action. These routines helped me build up my discipline and resilience day by day. Productivity surged as I started stacking wins and so I started making significant strides in my professional life.

And now, at 39, I’m in the best place of my life. My confidence and self-esteem have reached new heights and it has empowered me to take on challenges I had always dreamt of.

“Ok Hector, so why am I stuck?!”
